If you find a property of interest, either call or book an appointment to speak with us.
After we agree to a fair price and terms, we will send you a Purchase Agreement to review and sign electronically.
Once signed, you send the deposit to the title company to secure your land purchase.
We will coordinate a closing date to officially sign our agreement.
A notary will meet you to collect all signatures. Congratulations! You are now a landowner.
We provide unique opportunities for our land buyers through our in-house financing program.
Buyers can acquire land with a down payment, typically in the range of 30-50% of the sales price.
We finance you the difference of the sales price at a monthly price that you can afford, depending on the timeline you prefer.
Absolutely not. We want to make the process of financing your land as easy as possible.
Rest assured there will never be any prepayment penalties or fees if you wish to pay your loan off early.
We pride ourselves on transparency at Rocking Spur Land, meaning there are no hidden fees. Unfortunately, this does not mean there are no fees. Here are some possible fees that you may need to cover.
Title Document Fees: This fee covers the creation of the contract and the filing of all documents necessary with the county.
Property Taxes: Buyers are responsible for paying their property taxes on an annual basis.
Note Setup/Service Fee: If you choose to utilize our owner financing option, each property has a note servicing set up and monthly service fee. This fee allows you to login and view the status of your note and manage your information and billing accounts.
HOA Dues: In some of the areas that we buy land, there are HOAs. These typically have a yearly fee.
